Amelija leads the strategic and structural side of Avilix Construction. She is responsible for business development, documentation systems, QA/QC and HSE frameworks, internal processes and partner negotiations. Her focus is on building reliable structures that allow projects to run smoothly, transparently and in full compliance across different EU markets.
Šarūnas Vilimas
COO & Co-Founder
Šarūnas is responsible for operations, workforce coordination and on-site execution. With hands-on construction experience, he oversees team mobilisation, daily site activities and practical problem-solving on projects. His role ensures that plans and processes are effectively implemented where it matters most — on site.
